Members, such as ourselves, commit to regular installation training, independent guarantees, yearly audits and customer satisfaction surveys for each installation completed.  So it is in our own interests to keep our customers satisfied.  

As well as being Network Veka members since 2002, Addison Ousebank have been members of the 'Bedfordshire Trading Standards Approved Scheme' since 2002 & also UltraInstallers since 2005. 

Again regular audits and customer surveys have to take place to remain members of the above organisations.

Addison Ousebank are also experienced in installing timber conservatories.  All timber conservatories are coated in a mircoporus laquer which helps protect the wood from the elements. 

As will all building projects we can work with any architects, designers or building professionals you may have already contacted. 

Alternatively we can project manage the job from start to finish.  Any planning permissions you may require can also be carried out by Addison Ousebank.
