For the health and safety of Addison Ousebank employees full safety scaffolding or 'easideck' system is erected around the proposed work area.  The job can then be carried out thoroughly in safe conditions.

As well as Network Veka members, Addison Ousebank have been long standing members of the 'Bedfordshire Trading Standards Approved Scheme'. 

Again regular audits and customer surveys have to take place to remain members.

Addison Ousebank's standard roofline replacement process (in brief); 

• All existing roofline products removed.
• Eaves tiles stripped back and new eaves protectors inserted under existing felt to form permanent drip into new gutter. 
• Exposed rafter feet checked and any rotten timber it cut out and replaced with new.
• Fit new 18mm PVCu fascias and bargeboards, 10mm soffits and relay verges and eaves, point up as necessary.
